Once you're at the install screen, click "repair your computer". Check the recovery tools options and click next. Here choose "Command prompt". Enter the following commands in order to set your windows drive back to active: DISKPART DISKPART: list disk // displays the available HDD DISKPART: select disk n // select the disk which has windows installation DISKPART: list partition // list partitions on the selected disk DISKPART: select partition n // select the partition number where windows was previously installed. DISKPART: active //sets partition active DISKPART: exit Once you do that, reboot. You should reboot to windows. IN case you don't, follow the link to the guide above and check step 7 for an different solution. Basically, just boot with the windows DVD again and it should recognize your windows 7 installation as, well "broken" let say, then click "repair and restart" which should be available. Check the guide if you don't get me. This time it should definitely start into windows. Once there, go online and google easyBCD. Download, install and run it.
